MonkeyMachine — SANCTIONS & EXPORT CONTROL

We comply with applicable sanctions/export regimes where we operate and accept payments. Accounts of sanctioned persons/entities or in comprehensively sanctioned regions are not served. We may use geo/payment blocks and fraud flags; appeals accepted via /legal/report.

RU users: comply with RU localization and transfer rules. EU/UK users: processed in EU/UK regions where feasible. Government requests are honored under applicable law; we notify where not prohibited.

Users must comply with export laws of their jurisdiction and not use the Service to circumvent sanctions/export restrictions.

In addition to general obligations above, when using WhatsApp Business API features:

• Users must not send messages to or conduct transactions with sanctioned persons, entities, or residents of comprehensively sanctioned territories (as defined by OFAC, EU, or other applicable regimes);
• Users must not use proxy services, VPNs, or other means to mask the geographic origin of WhatsApp API traffic in order to circumvent Meta's regional restrictions;
• Users must not use the WhatsApp channel to facilitate the sale or distribution of weapons, explosives, ammunition, or related materials, even where such items may be legal in the user's jurisdiction (per Meta Commerce Policy);
• MonkeyMachine reserves the right to immediately suspend WhatsApp functionality for any account upon receiving a compliance notification from Meta Platforms, Inc.
