Data Deletion Request

This page shows the status of your data deletion request submitted through Facebook or Instagram.

To check the status of your data deletion request, use the link provided by Facebook/Instagram.

When you request data deletion through Facebook or Instagram, we delete all data received through the Meta Platform associated with your account:

• Messenger and Instagram Direct conversations
• Messages and their content
• Your name and profile information from those conversations

Data from other channels (Telegram, etc.) and CRM records created independently are not affected by this request.
